If I could give them zero stars I would! I stopped here because I love me a good mom and pop shop but this is ridiculous!! 1) I was asked was my food for here or Togo, I told them for here and they STILL packaged my food up! 2) my meal was supposed to come with 2 pork chops, they only gave me 1! And 3) I asked for butter for my waffles and he melted it and tried to serve it to me! Customer service skills was wack! Didn’t eat the food because of the service!
I had a terrible experience at Waffle There. We ordered pupusas and waited over 45 minutes, and never received our food. No explanation, no apology—nothing. On top of that, the customer service was awful. The staff was extremely rude and showed no concern for customers at all. It honestly felt like they didn’t care whether we were there or not. This place is completely unprofessional and disrespectful of people’s time. I will never come back, and I strongly recommend others stay away.
BAD EXPERIENCE! Promised to be open until 4pm and closed at 3:20pm without notice. Staff attitude was EXTREMELY RUDE, treated us like we were bothering them. If a place has a posted hours, they should honor them! We showed up during business hours and were denied service. Do not recommend this place, they're unreliable and unfriendly. Hope the owner or manager is aware of this disrespect towards customers. 1/5 stars 🙅♂️ ist too much. Today 12/27/2025.
